My role
During my time at Unico Connect, I took charge of our second big SAAS project. Right from the start, I played a vital role in figuring out what the app needed to achieve (MVP) and setting its goals.

Problem statement

Streamline, a property management system, faced challenges with fragmented tools, communication gaps, and time-consuming manual processes
